Pyongyang, April 11 (KCNA) -- Following are major news items and articles in leading newspapers of the DPRK on Saturday:

- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un met Wang Yi, foreign minister of the People's Republic of China. (photos accompanied)

- The Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK issued a decree on awarding the Three-Revolution Red Flag to exemplary units.

- The SPA Standing Committee issued a decree on awarding the Honored Red Flag to exemplary schools.

- The 79th enlarged meeting of the National Sports Guidance Committee took place.

- Rotating pennants and citations were awarded to units in the industrial sector that set the best examples in carrying out their national economic plans in 2025.
