Pyongyang, April 14 (KCNA) -- Following are major news items and articles in leading newspapers of the DPRK on Tuesday:

- Destroyer Choe Hyon conducted test-fire of weapon systems. (photos accompanied)

- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent the educational aid fund and stipends for the children of Korean residents in Japan.
