Pyongyang, July 6 (KCNA) -- According to Rodong Sinmun, researchers of the Clinical Research Centre of North Phyongan Provincial General Hospital in the DPRK have made successes by establishing a new technology for manufacturing inorganic composite disinfectant effective in preventing hospital infection.

Researchers succeeded in developing nano-zinc oxide antibacterial agent capable of putting various production lines of foodstuff factories, treatment rooms, inpatient wards and operating rooms of hospitals on a germ-free basis.

They applied this technology in developing medicines good for the treatment of various diseases including skin diseases.

Their achievements were highly appreciated at several exhibitions. -0-
