Pyongyang, April 25 (KCNA) -- Leading newspapers of the DPRK dedicate editorials to the 94th founding anniversary of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army.

The newspapers say the founding of the KPRA was a historic event that ushered in a new era of the Juche revolution depending on a strong revolutionary army, as well as the start of the sacred history of our army.

The core of the noble spirit peculiar to the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners, who recorded the first page of the history of the arduous Korean revolution, is the spirit of Mt Paektu.

The spirit of Mt Paektu is the strong faith and will, with which they held President Kim Il Sung in high esteem as the center of unity and leadership and hewed out the untrodden snowy path in Mt Paektu.

The spirit of Mt Paektu, shining along with the everlasting history of resistance, has added the cornerstone of invincibility and immense strength to the sacred history of the Korean revolution with its inexhaustible traction and undying vitality.

The anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners bequeathed the noble spirit to be eternally cherished by our people and the officers and men of the People's Army. This constitutes the forerunners' undying exploits for the revolution.

The spirit of Mt Paektu, pioneered by the revolutionary forerunners through a protracted hard-fought anti-Japanese war, is being carried forward from one generation after another as the spirit of our country, eternal and unshakable.

When all the people and service personnel of the People's Army more firmly arm themselves with the spirit of Mt Paektu, there are no difficulty insurmountable and no great goals unachievable. This is the unshakable faith of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
