Pyongyang, December 16 (KCNA) -- Along with the second inauguration season in implementing the regional development policy confidently promoted by the great Workers' Party of Korea, the precious entities of the regional-industry revolution have appeared in a remote mountain village in the northern part of the DPRK, delighting the people of Puryong County.

The spirit of new change and vigorous advance is filled in the remote mountain village thanks to the energetic leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who planned the great historic cause of regional development that no one in the world may dare to do and has spent the days and nights of devoted service for the people's wellbeing, shouldering everything.

An inauguration ceremony of the regional-industry factories in Puryong County for the Regional Development 20×10 Policy took place on Dec. 15.

With the pride of implementing the Party's plan most thoroughly and perfectly while fully demonstrating the might of the revolutionary army in the vanguard of the great campaign for creation for the people this year, too, the officers and men of the construction regiment entered the venue of the ceremony in fine array.

Present there were Ju Chang Il, department director of the Central Committee of the WPK, Pak Myong Ho, chairman of the North Hamgyong Provincial People's Committee, officials of the Party and power organs in the province and the county, working people and employees of the regional-industry factories.

Ju Chang Il addressed the ceremony.

He extended warm congratulations to the people of Puryong County and soldier-builders greeting the inauguration of regional-industry factories, saying that all the people are full of emotion and joy at the present auspicious event brought about by our Party's policy on regional development.

The factories, impeccable in terms of architectural aesthetics and profitability and put on a scientific and intensive basis, are a brilliant fruition of the ardent love of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who has continued the journey of devoted service for the people's wellbeing, regarding the painstaking for the people as his pleasure, the speaker stressed.

Then, Ma Myong Hak, chief secretary of the Puryong County Committee of the WPK, made a speech.

He expressed his resolve to put the production of regional-industry factories provided by the Party with much effort on a normal footing, turn out more products peculiar to a mountain county and thus fulfill his responsibility and duty in ensuring that the Party's policy on regional development substantially contribute to promoting the material well-being of the people.

Ju Chang Il, together with officials and employees of the new factories, cut the inauguration tape, amid cheers of all the participants.

Confetti of celebration was set off and balloons soared high in the sky, adding to the joy and delight of the inauguration.

There was an art performance celebrating the inauguration of the regional-industry factories in Puryong County.

That evening fireworks were displayed to adorn the nocturnal sky of the county. -0-
