Youth and Students Meet to Vow Revenge on U.S. Imperialists

Pyongyang, June 25 (KCNA) -- Youth and students met at the Youth Park Open-Air Theatre in Pyongyang Municipality on June 24 to vow revenge on the U.S. imperialists on the occasion of June 25, the day of struggle against U.S. imperialism.

The meeting brought together officials of the youth league, youth and students in Pyongyang. First, a video was shown to disclose the thrice-cursed crimes committed by the U.S. imperialists during the Fatherland Liberation War.

Then, speakers said that youth and students across the DPRK are hardening their hatred for the U.S. imperialist aggressors and their will to take revenge on them a thousandfold on the occasion of June 25 every year.

The U.S. imperialists and other hostile forces are now getting frantic in their military confrontation moves to deprive the Korean people of their life and happiness even at this moment, they said, stressing that the aggressive nature of the imperialists remains unchanged.

They stressed the need for all the youth to take the lead in the patriotic movement conducive to bolstering up the strongest military muscle, bearing deep in mind that they should mercilessly settle accounts with the enemies with arms only. They called for waging a dynamic drive for increased production and creation for comprehensive national rejuvenation and conducting the study competition and scientific researches in an enterprising way.

Speakers expressed their resolve to wipe out the source of aggression and war and glorify their noble honor of being the new generation of Juche Korea and descendants of the victorious wartime generation by giving full play to the thousand-fold revenge they have hardened if the U.S. imperialists ignite another war on this land.

During the meeting, the participants shouted slogans of annihilating the enemy. -0-
