Pyongyang University of Mechanical Engineering has sent research groups to machine factories in different parts of the country to conduct scientific researches for modernization and upgrading of technological lines.
Research groups of Han Tok Su University of Light Industry are concentrating efforts on carrying on the researches arising in improving the quality of products, upgrading technical processes and normalizing production at the Sinpho City Offshore Farm and foodstuff factories in different regions.
Research groups of Phyongsong University of Coal Mining are solving sci-tech problems arising in putting coal production on a normal footing and making a deep exploration at coal mines in Sunchon, Kaechon and Tukjang areas.
Research groups of Hamhung University of Chemical Engineering are conducting scientific researches to establish the C1 chemical industry and put fertilizer production on a normal track at major chemical industrial bases including Hungnam and Sunchon.
