Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- Officials and employees of Ryonpho and Jungphyong greenhouse farms and the Kangdong Greenhouse Complex in the DPRK boost the production through a brisk collective emulation.

The Ryonpho Greenhouse Farm built its own base for producing biological agrochemicals to minimize damage by harmful insects and updated the intelligent integrated production system to monitor and manage production processes and elements in a more detailed way, thus raising the per-hectare yield.

The Jungphyong Greenhouse Farm has put the greenhouse environmental management on a scientific and technological basis and supplied nutritious liquid to suit the weather conditions and the growth characteristics of crops, thus producing various kinds of tasty and fresh vegetables.

Officials and agricultural workers of the Kangdong Greenhouse Complex, too, have steadily increased the vegetable production.

The production of greenhouse vegetables is increasing thanks to the devoted efforts of employees at those large-scale greenhouse farms. -0-
