Pyongyang, June 4 (KCNA) -- KCNA had an interview with the head and the chief coach of the DPRK's Naegohyang Women's Football Team as regards the fact that its players and coaches proved successful at the 2025-2026 AFC Women's Champions League.

Referring to the AFC Women's Champions League, the head and the chief coach said that the league was a theatre of competition among world-class women football stars.

They mentioned the scale and the schedule of the league and the key to success made by the Naegohyang Team players who participated in the league for the first time.

They said that the victory in the league is a fruition of the ardent patriotism of the players to further glorify their motherland as well as their strong spiritual strength.
