Coal Production Goes up in Coal-mining Industrial Sector

Pyongyang, March 12 (KCNA) -- The coal-mining industrial sector is waging a vigorous struggle for increased production.

The coal production is going up day by day amid the growing enthusiasm for increased production of the coal miners who have turned out in implementing the decisions of the Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Party Plenary Meeting.

The Pukchang Area Youth Coal-mining Complex is producing hundreds of more tons of coal every day by waging a dynamic drive to create new standards and new records.

Onsong, Tokchon, Tukjang and Myongchon area coal-mining complexes have introduced valuable technical innovation proposals and directed efforts into improving the performance of equipment and managing transport lines.

The Sunchon Area Youth Coal-mining Complex and the Kaechon Area Coal-mining Complex are conducting mass movements to steadily boost the productivity. -0-
