Power Control System Put on Higher Scientific Level

Pyongyang, June 6 (KCNA) -- Officials and workers at the North Hamgyong Provincial Power Transmission and Distribution Station in the DPRK have made progress in the work to put the power control on a higher scientific level.

The station set a technical development goal for ensuring the stability of power system and made sure that its officials and employees settle technical problems by themselves.

Technical innovation has been turned into the work of masses themselves and survey, review and assessment of results conducted in an effective way. As a result, tens of sci-tech achievements were made this year.

The industry technology institute introduced an efficient load control device in an expanded way to ensure the real-time communication and contributed to digitizing the analog switchboard of the Sunam Substation under the Chongjin City Transmission and Distribution Station.
