Pyongyang, July 6 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea sent a congratulatory message to the 19th Congress of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation on July 5.

The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea in the message warmly congratulated the 19th Congress of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and extended warm comradely greetings to the participants in the congress and all members of the party.

The message expressed the belief that the congress would be a significant meeting to set forth the party's strategy, tactics and fighting tasks to cope with the present situation, demonstrate once again its unity and might and promote the unity and democratic development of the Russian society.

Expressing the expectation that the good relations of friendship and cooperation between the two parties would grow stronger in conformity with the atmosphere of the many-sided development of the DPRK-Russia relations which developed into an invincible alliance in the future, the WPK Central Committee wished the congress of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation great success in its work. -0-
