Pyongyang, January 28 (KCNA) -- North Hwanghae Province of the DPRK built the Kyongam Wood Processing Factory in Sariwon City.

This modern wood processing base with equipment necessary for the production of various kinds of fixtures and furniture provides a foundation for improving the people's material and cultural life and pushing ahead with regional and rural construction.

Present at the inauguration ceremony held on the spot on January 26 were officials of the province and the city, working people and employees of the factory.

At the ceremony, a speaker called upon the officials and employees of the factory to manage the production buildings and equipment well and conduct the technological innovation work in a purposeful way, with the awareness that they are masters of the workplace, and thus improve the quality of products and increase their output.

At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round the factory. -0-
