Pyongyang, March 20 (KCNA) -- Kim Chaek University of Technology in the DPRK developed a wind power generation system with highly stable and reliable turbines and device whose technical characteristics are improved.

The wind power generation system which is designed to ensure high generation efficiency without a complicated control device by improving the internal characteristics of generator is suitable for the region of low wind speed and its manufacturing cost is much lower.

And the existing wind-powered generators can be upgraded without much effort.

The generator has been introduced into many units across the country. -0-
