Pyongyang, April 18 (KCNA) -- Officials and workers of the Musan Mining Complex in the DPRK are making innovations in the production of concentrated iron ore.
After successfully blasting 650 000 cubic meter earth at the outset of the year, the complex has carried out monthly and quarterly plans and increased the production of concentrated iron ore by 1.2 times as compared with the same period of last year.
Workers of the open branch mine are increasing the output of iron ore by carrying out small and medium blasting one after another while ensuring full operation of rotary drills and introducing advanced drilling methods.
The earth-scraping conveyor station has secured the necessary materials and accessories by itself to operate large cone crusher at full capacity. And large truck drivers of the ore conveying station are registering high transport results while meticulously managing the equipment.
Workers and technicians of other workshops are carrying out their high plans by raising the operation rate of equipment to treat thousands of tons of crude ore on a daily average. -0-
