Pyongyang, December 21 (KCNA) -- The Land Realignment Shock Brigade in the DPRK has realigned more than 7 500 hectares of land this year into the fields of standardized shapes and ones fit for mechanized farming.
The North Hwanghae Provincial Brigade, which started the autumn land realignment project, gave scientific guidance to construction and ensured the full operation of bulldozers, thus realigning more than 2 000 hectares of land into the fields of standardized shapes this year.
The shock brigade members of the North Phyongan Provincial Brigade dispatched to various areas of South Hwanghae Province, explored and mobilized internal reserves and introduced efficient working methods to realign more than 1 300 hectares of land.
The South Hamgyong, Jagang and Ryanggang provincial brigades also realigned a large area of land while conducting brisk activities in which one overtakes and learns from others and swaps experiences with them. -0-
