Pyongyang, March 14 (KCNA) -- The Paektusan Hero Youth Shock Brigade had an exhibition of equipment, utensils and tools and a ceremony of putting vehicles in service on March 12.

Presented to the exhibition were various kinds of useful construction utensils and tools and equipment invented and manufactured by all the construction units with their own efforts and technology on the basis of the successes and experience gained in the construction of Jonwi Street and the Sinuiju Combined Greenhouse Farm.

An efficient manual iron bar cutter, concrete mixer and pump manufactured by the brigades of North Hamgyong Province, Pyongyang Municipality, South Hwanghae Province and North Phyongan Province on the basis of new technology drew the attention of participants.

At the ceremony of putting vehicles in service, the construction mechanization brigade and the High-Speed Youth Shock Brigade were highly appreciated as they took the lead in ensuring the normal operation of vehicles. -0-
