Many People Visit Wangjaesan Revolutionary Site

Pyongyang, March 10 (KCNA) -- Many people in the DPRK are visiting the Wangjaesan Revolutionary Site amid the work for arming with the revolutionary spirit across the country through a study tour of revolutionary battle sites and revolutionary sites.

The Wangjaesan Revolutionary Site is a significant place where President Kim Il Sung set forth the strategic policy of spreading and developing the anti-Japanese armed struggle into the homeland under the banner of the Juche idea and aroused all the people to the all-people resistance. It is also an important base for education in the revolutionary traditions built under the energetic leadership of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Officials, working people and youth and students of many units, including the Tukjang Area Coal-mining Complex, the Kim Jong Thae Electric Locomotive Complex, the Kyongsong Electric Appliances Factory, the Pukchong Fruit Farm in Pukchong County and Kim Chaek University of Technology, and service personnel have recently visited the Wangjaesan Revolutionary Site to grasp the exploits performed by the President in Korea's liberation.

They paid tribute to the statue of the President at the Wangjaesan Grand Monument and looked round main group sculpture and group sculptures in relief.

During the study tour they had meetings to hear impressions of the reminiscences of anti-Japanese guerrillas and poem-reciting meetings. -0-
