Pyongyang, February 6 (KCNA) -- The Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK decided as follows as regards the fact that modern 10 000 flats were successfully built in Hwasong District, Pyongyang Municipality, in which the socialist civilization of the new era has been embodied:

1. Hwawon-dong No. 1, Hwawon-dong No. 2 and Kumnung-dong No. 2 will be instituted in Hwasong District, Pyongyang.

2. The section from the Ryongsong Bridge to the Sungri Bridge will be called Rimhung Street.

3. The Cabinet and relevant organs of the DPRK shall take practical measures to implement the decree.

A relevant decree of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly was issued on Sunday. -0-
