Pyongyang, October 4 (KCNA) -- An autumn golf fan contest took place at the Pyongyang Golf Course.

The contest was divided into team matches (total section, section, men's doubles and mixed doubles) and a match. The participants showed their excellent skills, applying diverse techniques and tactics.

A prize-awarding ceremony took place on the spot on Thursday.

Present there were O Kwang Hyok, vice-minister of Physical Culture and Sports who is chairman of the Golf Association, officials concerned, players and employees of the Ryomyong Golf Travel Company and the Pyongyang Golf Course.

Cups, medals, diplomas, etc. were awarded to the players who proved successful and to participants. -0-
