Pyongyang, December 6 (KCNA) -- The North Hwanghae Provincial Sci-Tech Library has been successfully remodeled.

It now has an e-reading area, a tele-education room, a cinema and all other conditions, as befits a public center for sci-tech dissemination. The library is another asset conducive to realizing the Party's plan for building a sci-tech power.

Present at the inauguration ceremony on December 5 were Pak Myong Son, chairman of the North Hwanghae Provincial Rural Economy Committee, Mun Chang Il, secretary of the provincial Party committee, officials concerned, working people, youth and students and employees of the library.

Kim Son Il, chairman of the North Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee, made an inaugural address.

At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round the library. -0-
