Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- Thanks to the devoted efforts of officers and men of the 124th Regiments of the Korean People's Army, the framework projects of the regional-industry factories, which were begun this year in the counties of Taegwan, Sinyang, Pukchang, Paechon and Puryong, have been successfully completed, and construction projects are progressing apace in regional-development worksites in all other parts of the DPRK, too.

The non-permanent Ministry of National Defence group for the Regional Development 20×10 Policy is scientifically and scrupulously organizing and directing the projects with the aim of pushing ahead with the construction projects for regional development policy in a simultaneous and balanced way, while learning in detail about the construction forces, materials supply and transport with the main emphasis on ensuring full operation of construction equipment.

The 124th Regiment of the KPA in Taegwan County completed the framework project of the regional-industry factories earlier than others.

The soldier-builders acquired high technical knowledge and skills to handle well various kinds of equipment through technical study and experience-sharing meeting. And they are stepping up the external plastering while conducting all the work in a responsible manner as required by technical regulations and construction methods.

The frameworks of regional-industry factories were rapidly built thanks to the devoted efforts of the soldier-builders of the 124th Regiments of the KPA involved in the building of regional-industry factories in the counties of Sinyang and Pukchang.

The 124th Regiments of the KPA in Paechon and Puryong counties are pushing ahead with the roof covering and exterior plastering projects in a three-dimensional way through detailed operation and command.

Successes are being made in framework construction at the construction sites of regional-industry factories in North Hwanghae, Jagang, Kangwon, South Hamgyong and Ryanggang provinces and Nampho and Kaesong municipalities and other areas every day thanks to the high enthusiasm of all the solder-builders. -0-
