Pyongyang, November 21 (KCNA) -- Preparations for operating new regional-industry factories are hastened in different parts of the DPRK.

Ryanggang Province has sent many technicians and skilled workers to Kim Hyong Jik County to step up the assembly of equipment at modern regional-industry factories under construction, while intensifying the training of skilled workers.

Kusong City in North Phyongan Province has harvested a lot of Evodia daniellii Benn fruits and stored them in a responsible manner as part of the work for supplying raw materials necessary for the normal production of regional-industry factories.

Nampho Municipality, which directs effort to strengthening the material foundation of raw materials bases, has finished the construction of 20 workteam rooms in the district and county raw material base stations.

Orang County in North Hamgyong Province is raising the educational level of the county vocational technology college to train competent skilled workers in various occupations. -0-
