Pyongyang, May 10 (KCNA) -- The Korean Children's Union organizations at schools in Pyongyang conduct in a fresh way the education in patriotism in conformity with the age and psychological characteristics of students.

Those organizations are striving to make the students cultivate the patriotic spirit and value their own things from childhood through such events as national flag-hoisting ceremony, dissemination of patriotic songs, meetings for public presentation of writings and reciting poems on the theme of patriotism.

Paying efforts to education through the national symbols, they see to it that the schoolchildren carefully cultivate the trees and flower shrubs planted around their schools and come to know that patriotism stems from the love for their schools and the noble mind to value and increase the assets of the country. -0-
