Being brief on a master plan where scores of low-head hydroelectric stations were drawn, the Chairman asked officials about a reservoir-shaped drawing.

When an official said that it was the Sinhung Fish Farm, Kim Jong Il asked why he was not told about the fish farm, saying that he visited it on several occasions. Noting that he would like to look around the fish farm, he told officials that however busy they might be, they should make time for the wellbeing of the people.

He visited the fish farm to learn in detail about its production.

Saying that many freshwater fish should be raised and supplied to the people, he solved problems arising in the management of the fish farm.
