One day in March 1970, President Kim Il Sung visited Sariwon City in North Hwanghae Province of the DPRK.

The President stopped in the main street of the city and pointed to an open space in opposite side, saying that it would be better to build a ten-storeyed apartment house there.

An official told that the site was a good building lot for houses, but was excluded from the design for reason that a high-rise apartment house to be built there might lower the grade of a power organ building in the opposite side.

After hearing his story, the President shook his head and said it cannot be a flaw in our country where the people are masters that a power organ building is lower than the people's houses.

It was his noble intention that the people are the most precious in the world and nothing can be put above their interests.

Afterward, a high-rise apartment house, higher than a power organ building, came to appear in the open space.-0-
