Pyongyang, August 7 (KCNA) -- The enthusiasm for introducing advanced farming methods is mounting across the DPRK.

The profitable farming method using mud snails has been introduced in the Yomju County of North Phyongan Province, Yonggwang County of South Hamgyong Province and at the Unjong Farm of Anak County of South Hwanghae Province and the Township Farm of Mundok County of South Phyongan Province.

The farms in Chongdan County, South Hwanghae Province strive to promote the growth of crops and prevent damage by blight and harmful insects by dint of laser technology.
