Pyongyang, April 28 (KCNA) -- An online joint seminar of Brazilian political parties and organizations took place on April 14 on the occasion of the 114th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.

Present at the seminar titled "Leader of People" were personages of Brazilian political parties and organizations including the Brazilian Communist Party, the Brazilian Socialist Party, the Brazilian Institute of Paektu and the Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea.

Members of Brazilian organizations for the study of the Juche idea and organizations for friendship and solidarity with the Korean people watched the seminar.

Speeches were made at the seminar.

A member of the National Political Committee of the Brazilian Communist Party and other speakers referred to the noble personality of President Kim Il Sung as a great man, saying that he was a prominent leader of not only the Korean people but also the world progressives.

They stressed that he is the founder of socialist Korea who liberated Korea by waging the 20-year-long arduous anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and founded the Workers' Party of Korea, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Korean People's Army.

They praised President Kim Il Sung as a genuine leader of the people as he pursued politics for the people, regarding it as his motto to believe in them as in Heaven during his revolutionary life. -0-
