Pyongyang, November 25 (KCNA) -- Hundreds of thousands of people, including workers, peasants, students and lawmakers from opposition parties, simultaneously staged all-people protests across the puppet ROK on Nov. 23, in demand of puppet Yoon Suk Yeol's resignation.

The 116th candlelight rally and demonstration was held in Seoul on the theme of "Let us break the silence and oust Yoon Kon Hui oppressing the people!".

Puppet Yoon's crimes were condemned at the rally and demo.

The co-representative of the Candlelight Action, the permanent representative of the Progressive Federation of Students and other speakers charged that Yoon, whose regime is on the verge of collapse, is persisting in strengthening a military alliance with the U.S. and Japan to plunge the ROK into the raging waves of war, not stopping the reckless war attempt.

Referring to the fact that the leaflet scattering was committed again, they said that it a war provocation and that war may break out due to war maniac Yoon Suk Yeol. And they added that the measure to prevent war is badly needed and that the way is to impeach Yoon.

The co-representative of the Network of Intellectuals and Religionists for Democratic Society read out a declaration on the situation.

The declaration said that ignorant, incompetent, brutal and thoughtless Yoon can never be pardoned as he is persisting in denying his crimes and more cruelly oppressing the people, far from making an apology for his worst murderous misrule.

The participants in the rally marched to the venue for the citizens' march, chanting slogans like "Impeachment is peace! Let us impeach Yoon Suk Yeol!"

Then, citizens' demonstration was held under the co-sponsorship of opposition parties and the emergency action denying the veto.

The emergency action in an article called for fighting against the cruel power and defending the people's right to existence.

In response to it, citizens staged a demonstration, shouting "Reject Yoon Suk Yeol!"

On the same day, the "4th People's Action Day" rally was held under the sponsorship of the Minju Party to denounce puppet Yoon for his abuse of power and demand a special investigation into his wife Kim Kon Hui.

At the rally attended by more people than the last week's that involved over 300 000, the floor leader of the Minju Party said that the tyranny of Yoon Suk Yeol and Kim Kon Hui is the misfortune of the ROK and the misfortune of all the people, adding that the fabrication of a stock price, the red herring, the interference in the election and the abuse of power are all intolerable crimes.

Meanwhile, a rally was held in demand of Yoon's resignation in Jonju of North Jolla Province, under the sponsorship of the North Jolla Provincial Movement Headquarters for Yoon Suk Yeol's Resignation formed by more than 60 civic and public organizations.

Members of workers', peasants' and civic and public organizations who took part in the rally said in speeches and declarations that Yoon's promise to build a society governed by law, principles and common sense has been already proved false, adding that the controversial abuse of power and interference in the election reminds one of the scandal of Choe Sun Sil's interference in state affairs during Park Geun Hye's tenure of office.

The participants in the rally expressed their will to fight staunchly to impeach and remove Yoon from power and get Kim Kon Hui arrested, chanting "Let us oust Yoon Suk Yeol bringing war and deteriorating people's livelihood!", "Immediately arrest Kim Kon Hui for interfering in the state affairs!" and "Parliament, immediately impeach Yoon Suk Yeol!" -0-
