Pyongyang, June 25 (KCNA) -- The Ukrainian puppets, pushed into a tight corner by a series of defeats they have suffered in their military confrontation with Russia, are resorting to reckless acts of terrorism.

The Ukrainian army attacked Sevastopol City of Russia with U.S.-supplied ATACMS missiles tipped with cluster bombs on June 23.

Russian anti-air defence forces intercepted four of the missiles but one missile deviated from its trajectory and detonated in the air above the city.

Three civilians, including two children, were killed and over 150 injured, according to TASS.

Fire reportedly broke out in a forest and dwellings due to debris from shot off missiles and civilians on the coast suffered injuries.

Traffic on Krym Bridge stopped and the emergency health system is operating in the city to provide the wounded with necessary aids.

The Russian representative in charge of human rights affairs denounced the attack as an act of terrorism against peaceable citizens.

The Russian ambassador to the U.S., commenting on the U.S. administration's no response to the recent ATACMS attack on civilians, said that the Americans can neither cover themselves up nor evade the blame for the blood and tears shed by the innocent people although they live far away across the ocean.

The U.S. deceptive "humanitarian foreign policy" went bankrupt in the "slough" called the Ukrainian crisis, he said, adding nothing can excuse its direct involvement in a dispute taking place in the region that had been under the former Soviet Union's influence.

He affirmed that the Nazis are bound to face severe punishment on the front.

The atrocity of the Ukrainian army is a direct product of the extreme anti-Russia confrontational hysteria of the U.S. which has provided its Ukrainian puppets with a huge amount of lethal weapons and pushed them into reckless attacks, even allowing them to freely strike any part of the Russian territory with the weapons supplied by it. -0-
