Pyongyang, May 6 (KCNA) -- DPRK weightlifter Kim Yong Ju came first at the 2025 IWF World Youth and Junior Championships held in Peru.

Kim Yong Ju won three gold medals in the junior women's 81 kg category on Sunday, with lift of 110 kg in snatch, 142 kg in clean and jerk and 252 kg in total.

Meanwhile, Kim Ju Phyong took the second place in the junior men's 61 kg category by lifting 124 kg in snatch. -0-
