Pyongyang, June 25 (KCNA) -- DPRK Premier Kim Tok Hun received a message of greeting from Sonexay Siphandone, prime minister of Laos, on June 24 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Noting that the two countries established diplomatic relations 50 years ago and have jointly developed the close bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation with a long tradition, the message hoped that such excellent cooperation would bring benefits to the peoples of the two countries and be steadily expanded, as intended by the governments of the two countries, for regional and global peace, cooperation and development.

It wished the premier and members of the DPRK Cabinet good health and happiness and bigger success in accomplishing the cause of building a powerful socialist country. -0-
