Pyongyang, December 29 (KCNA) -- Modern new houses have been built in Amdu-ri of Jongju City, Pongrin-ri of Pakchon County and Pukil-ri of Unjon County in North Phyongan Province of the DPRK.

The cosy dwellings with the regional features and all conditions for convenience of the residents are associated with the benevolence of the motherly Workers' Party of Korea which devotes indefatigable efforts to making the agricultural workers enjoy the benefits of communist society before others.

Ceremonies of moving into those new houses were held on the spots respectively.

Officials, builders and agricultural workers of North Phyongan Province and the relevant regions were present at the ceremonies. Congratulatory addresses were made there and licenses for the use of houses were handed over to be followed by speeches.

House-moving began amid cheerful dances and officials visited the owners of the new houses to congratulate them. -0-
