Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) -- The National Youth Sci-tech Successes Exhibition, opened on the occasion of the Youth Day, came to a close with due ceremony at the Sci-Tech Complex on Aug. 31.

Presented to the exhibition were more than 4 230 exhibits of 900-odd kinds of achievements made by young people across the country in the course of dynamic scientific research and mass technical innovation movement. Over 100 proposals were highly appreciated for their great utility value.

Present at the closing ceremony were Ri Tu Il, chairman of the State Commission of Science and Technology, officials of the youth league and young scientists and technicians.

Announced there were the team standings of provincial youth league committees and youth league organizations of ministries and national institutions which took part in the exhibition.

The DPRK's patents, certificates of registered sci-tech achievements, diplomas, citations, exhibitor certificates, etc. were awarded to the highly appreciated youth league organizations and participants.
