Shortly ago, you, general secretary, visited China and participated in the commemorations of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. I met you again and jointly presented a blueprint for the development of the relations between the two parties and the two countries.
