Pyongyang, January 2 (KCNA) -- The Sangwon Cement Complex in the DPRK has produced much more cement than planned from the outset of the new year.
The complex has directed efforts to ensuring the normal operation of production systems at all units in order to carry out the plan set higher than last year.
Workers and technicians of the central control room and the calcinating workshop have made successes from the outset of the new year by operating and managing the furnaces in a responsible manner and taking necessary measures.
The cement workshop made a contribution to carrying out the plan by applying the efficient working method and closely coordinating between shifts.
Workers of the combined raw material workshop and the coal-grinding workshop improved the rate of equipment by ensuring the granulation of raw materials.
The Sangwon Limestone Mine, Samchong and Ilchulbong mines and the Hwachon Coal Mine, too, kept the operation of cutting equipment and vehicles at full capacity to produce limestone and coal. -0-
