Pyongyang, December 23 (KCNA) -- New houses have appeared at the Wonjon Stockbreeding Farm under the South Hamgyong Provincial Rural Economy Committee and Sangok and Songnae farms in Kowon County amid the growing joy and optimism of the agricultural workers who are leading a new civilized life at the homes of happiness built in the rural areas across the country.

The fashionable dwellings, built in harmony with regional characteristics, look more beautiful for good landscaping. It shows the reality of cultural countryside under socialism, which is undergoing a dramatic change in the era of the Workers' Party.

Congratulatory speeches were made at the ceremonies of moving into those new houses attended by officials of the Party and power organs, builders and agricultural workers in South Hamgyong Province, Riwon County and Kowon County.

Then, licenses for the use of houses were handed over to be followed by speeches.

As house-moving began, the farm villages were in a festive mood and every house was full of the joy of residents.

Amid the art performances and cheerful dancing parties, officials paid congratulatory visits to the families of agricultural workers moving into new houses. -0-
