Pyongyang, May 12 (KCNA) -- A South Phyongan provincial friendship delegation of the DPRK led by Ri Song Bom, chairman of the South Phyongan Provincial People's Committee, left here on Monday to visit the Amur Region of the Russian Federation.

The delegation was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the South Phyongan Provincial People's Committee and a member of the Russian embassy here. -0-
