New Houses Built in Komdok area of DPRK

Pyongyang, December 27 (KCNA) -- New dwelling houses have appeared in the Komdok area of the DPRK, which is turning into an admirable mine town under the plan of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The houses for one thousand and hundreds of families, built in Namphung-dong, Ponsan-dong, Jonjin-dong Nos. 1 and 2 in Tanchon City along the mountain gorge, are an outcome of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un's noble outlook on the people.

Present at the ceremonies for moving into those houses were Ri Kwang Hyok, vice-chairman of the South Hamgyong Provincial People's Committee, officials of the General Bureau of the Tanchon Area Mining Industry, officials concerned, builders and working people.

Speakers at the ceremonies extended thanks to Kim Jong Un who is opening up a new history and rosy future of the Komdok area.

Licenses for the use of new houses were handed over.

When moving into new houses began, dancing party was displayed.

Officials visited the new houses to encourage their owners to do more work for the grateful Party and the socialist system. -0-
