Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- Preparations for operation of regional-industry factories to be newly built are going on in different parts of the DPRK.

Kangwon Province has laid material and technical foundations for raw materials bases, including the work to rationally distribute manpower and provide threshers and tractors.

South Phyongan Province has organized the work to make officials and skilled workers at the Evodia daniellii Benn forest stations acquire advanced science and technology necessary for afforestation, manuring and tending.

North Hwanghae Province has formed the ranks of skilled workers and helped them acquire higher scientific and technological knowledge through lectures, practical exercises and supply services.

Nampho Municipality concentrates its efforts on preparing the officials of regional-industry factories to solve the problems arising in the management and operation of factories. -0-
