Pyongyang, April 19 (KCNA) -- The construction of modern wheat processing factories with a capacity of tens of thousands of tons has begun in Kangryong County of South Hwanghae Province and Singye County of North Hwanghae Province, the DPRK.

The Ministry of Food Procurement and Administration helped the research group of the Grain Processing Research Institute to complete the technical preparations for the building project in a short span of time. It also directed efforts to giving precedence to securing building materials in cooperation with the combined construction control team and paid attention to building construction forces.

South Hwanghae Province strives to supply excavators, hydraulic loaders and heavy trucks needed for the building and raise the technical skills of builders.

The builders launched the construction on April 10. They have finished the ground excavation in a few days and started the ground concrete tamping.

North Hwanghae Province makes every effort to ensure the timely supply of vehicles and building materials with a goal to build a wheat processing factory at an early date.

The builders are speeding up the construction while waging a socialist emulation among units. -0-
