Pyongyang, May 20 (KCNA) -- A provincial teaching institute was newly built in North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK.

The provincial teaching institute, a base for educational information and improvement of the qualifications of teachers, has educational methods research room for examining the practical and superior teaching methods created by the province, general lecture room and service facilities for the convenience of teachers.

It is equipped with educational facilities necessary for the retraining course.

The province is stepping up the preparations for its operation. -0-
