He noted that he had prepared special gifts for the KCU delegates, making them stay in Pyongyang for more than ten days to have the congress and tour various places so as to celebrate the New Year's Day with them, and enjoyed a grand New Year performance together with them.

Stressing that the children attending the congress are sons and daughters of ordinary working people, he said that the KCU delegates would badly wait for him today, New Year's Day, and their parents would feel very regrettable if he failed to have a photo taken with them.
