Pyongyang, July 27 (KCNA) -- The young Democratic People's Republic of Korea won a brilliant victory in the Fatherland Liberation War by resolutely defeating the imperialist aggressor forces headed by the U.S. imperialists. This was a precious fruition of the rare wisdom and outstanding commanding art of President Kim Il Sung who created and successfully applied original military strategy, tactics and war methods.

That is why the world expressed boundless admiration and praise for the President's extraordinary military art and Juche-oriented strategy and tactics.

Gomes, the former Portuguese President, who was the chief of Staff of the Portuguese army during the Korean war, said that the then operational plan was made by the U.S. after several meetings of dozens of generals, chiefs of Staff and military experts of Western countries on the U.S. side.
