Pyongyang, June 3 (KCNA) -- The National Exhibition of Children's Science Fiction Models and Inventions-2025 opened with due ceremony at the Sci-tech Complex on Monday to mark the 79th founding anniversary of the Korean Children's Union.

Displayed at the exhibition are science fiction models and inventions associated with the dreams and ideals of schoolchildren who have studied to the full with a single mind to firmly prepare themselves to be reliable pillars shouldering the future of powerful Korea.

Present at the opening ceremony were Kim Jong Sun, department director of the C.C., Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Sung Du, minister of Education, officials of the youth league and schoolchildren.

Mun Chol, chairman of the C.C., Socialist Patriotic Youth League, made an opening address. -0-
