Pyongyang, May 18 (KCNA) -- The Chonnaeri Cement Factory in the DPRK has put spurs to the readjustment and reinforcement to lay a foundation for ensuring the present and future production.

Amid the socialist emulation and mass technological innovation movement launched among workshops and workteams, valuable inventions were introduced and modernization of equipment and technical updating of production lines pushed forward.

In cooperation with relevant units, technicians and workers raised the production capacity 1.2 times as against the past period while solving sci-tech problems for the smooth operation of floating calcination clinker production line.

The repair shop and the April 15 technical innovation shock brigade finished the production and installation of equipment ahead of schedule and established a new dust coal conveying system. The central control room is controlling all production lines in a responsible way.

The workers of raw material and cement workshops are making innovations in production by raising the operation rate of crushers, exhausters and other equipment. -0-
